Having led the City of
Baker through what some have categorized as extremely
historically challenging times,
Mayor Harold Rideau is poised to continue the
task of building a better Baker.
On Tuesday, August 28th 2007 Baker City Mayor,
Harold Rideau, Chief of Police, Mike Knaps, Fire
Department Chief, Danny Edwards and the full Metro
Council for the City of Baker honored Scott with a
